Say I were to order some pre-ban magazines and order them to someone out of my state (CA).  If I were to pick them up and take them back with me (Driving.  I wouldn't risk mailing them from my friend's house were I to attempt this.) how would the government know that the magazines were imported into CA after the 1999 ban?  Is their no way?[}:D][}:D][}:D]

You'd spill the beans during the torture/interragation session at the Gun Owners Reeducation Camps.

Nah.  He'd spill the beans to the Dept of Agriculture Inspector when stopped at the inspection station and asked if he was bring in in any out-of-state fruits and veggies.

They wouldn't know. And they don't ask at the AG stations either. And even if they did ask just say NO. Like the 50,000 ferret owners in CA did.

If he couldn't figure out the Dept of Agriculture checkpoint joke, will he be able to identify a California-illegal highcap magazine?

I have no problem with hypotheticals, however, I think this crosses the line just a bit.  Sorry, but I gotta lock this one.
