Love mine. Plus I can listen to my iPod at the range, so that's nice. Same here, I plug my phone into them with the supplied mini-stereo cable and listen to music while I shoot. If I get a call, I just turn on speaker phone, and my blackberry pipes the sound into the 'headphones'. I must look crazy sitting there with my ear pro still on, looking like I'm talking to myself. |

Had one microphone go bad on mine. Factory sent me a new one. After the headband broke on that one, they wouldn't send me another so I had to salvage the headband off the old one. That said, I still use them at the moment until I can get something nicer for use with comms.

| I've got a bit of hearing loss after abusing my hearing. I decided it was time I bought a nice set of cans to protect my hearing. I was set to spend $150-$200 for a set of electronic muffs. After researching what was available I only found 2 sets that had better protection in that price range. One set had 1db more protection for $100 and one set had 2db more protection for $150. I bought the Howard Leights for $35 and couldn't be happier. They were a little tight on the head and the padding was stiff at first but now that they have broken in they are quite comfortable. They sound great too. The cheap ones I had before were a terrible mono set. |

How did you get in touch with them? I wasn't able to find any real customer service number on their website. |

You have to fill out the contact form on their website before they'll contact you via email or phone. Normally takes them a few days. |
