Just reconnected my Ethernet less than 36 hours ago and already it is showing that I used 44.93 Gb, were I have only used 25.64 GB this hole month on just WiFi with a metered connection... What is going on as we have a cap on how much data we can use each month and this is getting out of hand. This is all on a Pc...

log in to your router and see what sort of websites your father/son/brother/other family member is downloading porn from.

In the data usage overview section under ethernet.

36 hours ago there was nothing as I had the ethernet disabled.

Unhook your Ethernet and see who starts complaining?

Or, put a serious bandwidth filter on your router. And see who starts complaining.
