It's not designed as a weight loss program. It's meant for those who are already near an ideal weight, but want to loose that extra 5-10 lbs of body fat creating that uber cut look.
There is only one surefire way to really loose weight, and it works better than anything else throughout time. Eat less, move around more. Burn more than you take in, and you'll loose weight. Once you get down to that last little bit, you could do a cycle of the hydroxycut hardcore to really trim that last little bit off. |

The body quickly builds up a tolerance, then modulates itself to function 'normally' with the drug.
Withdraw the drug, and the body goes down to a metabolic rate even lower than before you took it. Seriously –– We sold tons of that stuff when I was working a second job at a health food store. It doesn't really work in and of itself. Like another poster said, it kinda sorta helps a healthy person who excersises lose maybe up to ten lbs. Then stop taking it, and the weight comes back, and the extra pounds bring their freinds along with them. We had one girl bought a months supply twice a week. Her eyeballs were freaky. They bugged way out. (exopthalimia) |
