Can anyone give me the derivation of the Kekistani flag?

The U.S. flag is well known; 13 strips to symbolize the original 13 colonies, a star for every state. But what is the significance of the parts of the flag of Kekistan? The "III" in the center I gather represents the 3%ers; obviously the 4-way kek is for praise kek. 4 way so you praise kek from every direction?

And what are the 4 hearts? And why green? For the green of Pepe?

There's a much longer history behind the design than just use during the third reich era. The third reich battle flag/ensign was based on the German Reichskriegsflagge, which was based on the 1867 North German Confederation's War Flag/ensign.
