4.75"?

You might want to browse the Cold Steel catalog.

TRM Atom is my favorite edc folder.

Super lightweight and slim. Disappears in my pocket.

3.5” blade though.

Why does it seem knife laws are some of the dumbest shit?
What about an auto knife is more dangerous than not? Why blade length matters? Longer, harder to conceal. Fucking stupid.

I've never had an auto but I find it hard to believe they open faster than a ZT 350.

Spyderco Resilience and Resilience lightweight are 4.2" and inexpensive ($60ish). There is an S35vn version on the way for a little over $100

4.75 is going to be hard to come by, Maxace/Midnight Cat Studios maybe or Cold Steel

SOG made the Spec Elite II in a 5" but it is out of production, maybe check ebay

If you want a ridiculous handle to blade length folder, I have an old benchmade (I know, I bought it a long time ago) model 10100 LFK. The mechanism on it is pretty cool. Has like a 5.25" blade.

OP, people are recommending knives that are completely different than you are asking for.   You seem to have one you like quite well that is paid for....

I like your Steyr, do they still make those?

How do you feel about butterfly knives? Kershaw Lucha has a 4.6 inch blade and doesn't take up a lot of room.

What are you doing that needs a folder with a blade that long? Seems more annoying than useful for most tasks.

Civivi Shredder

I have the red G-10 version

Very easy to carry for having a long blade, I like the ratio of blade to handle and it has very high fidget factor as well.

Cold Steel Broken Skull has a 4 inch blade and is very lightweight.

I have this one.

I just put in an order for this based on another fine members earlier post: That's not a knife, THIS IS A KNIFE!!!!

I carry one of these every day. The wood gives it a little upgrade and when it dulls, new blade. Was about $8 on amazon...and when I lose it, as I have a couple of times, I don't worry about it. Sheffield box cutter. Small, compact. Clips inside the pocket. They have many other styles

Spyderco delica, endela, orendura.

Nice enough to not be called a poor, good enough to not be a junk knife, solid blade material, super light

Extrema Ratio is one of the few higher end manufacturers that has high blade to handle ratios while staying thin, as well as 4"+ blades

My situation might be a little different than OP's but I carry a Gerber Armbar Drive, or a Leatherman Wave+ I also carry a small box cutter.

I used to carry Benchmade but I use the leatherman or the box cutter way more, so I quit carrying it lol

Got this one from Dillon almost 25 years ago.  Guess it needs a new razor blade again...

FWIW I have other blades, but this one is a very useful edc...  Sometimes I carry a Giantmouse, sometimes a Magpul, occasionally I go old school with a Moore Maker.

ZT.  0450 and 0452 really do maximize blade for the mount of handle the have and carry small and light for their size.   I'm partial to the carbon fiber models.  Not my photo but Pmag for scale.

I carry a gerber DMF switchblade as a weapon, and use a $10 razorblade folder for doing dumb shit.

I see no reason to dull a good knife on cardboard, cutting hose off barbs, gouging teflon tape out of threads, etc. Can get a box of razors for almost nothing. It isn’t worth my time or patience.

That said, I finally had it with the s30v on the gerber, and got a set of DMT bench stones. We’ll see how they do.

I don’t know if I got “bad” steel, but that blade chews up any stones or the cheap diamond products I’ve tried.

Try the kershaw Strata, super slim and deep carry. Plus it comes in a 4.5 in blade or an xl version with a 5.4 in blade.

I carry a Kershaw Blur and a Buck Canoe.  I switch back and forth to other knives.  But for now these go with me most everywhere.  Sometimes I even carry a Case folding 2 blade  hunter on my belt.  Just carry some type of knife in case you need it.
