But, unfortunately, time is harder on women than men. And I ain't talking about Salma Hayek or Catherine Zeta Jones or other rich bitches who can afford live-in beauticians and $1000/oz ground up baby fetus creams.

Not defending her attitude, but someone photoshop a decent head of hair on her. It probably makes a huge difference. Her complaint about being invisible isn't uncommon, our society tends to do it in varying degrees to all older people. If you're not there yet, believe me at some point you'll experience it too.

BTW, Emma Thompson (who is now 63, believe it or not) just put out a movie called "Good Luck to You, Leo Grande", which is about an older woman seeking to find the sexual experience she never had in her youth. GD will hate it, but it is interesting...she hires an Irish escort (Daryl McCormack) and and they get involved in each other's private lives. It deserves it's R rating, some very light softcore and a lot of Emma topless, but at the conclusion (SPOILER...DO NOT READ IF YOU WANT TO WATCH IT...which I highly doubt), she stands in front of a full length mirror and drops her robe because she's no longer ashamed of her body. Full frontal nudity from a women Hollywood would resign to "character" roles. Her body is what you'd expect from someone that age, but Emma is still very pretty, from a peer (me) perspective.

Not a recommendation, but the dialogue is very good. I'd guess 90% of the movie is shot in one hotel room.

The article made me think, so I guess it wasn't all bad.

I wondered if I had ever been visible to women, other than my wife, if I wasn't displaying some variety of awesomeness. I was forced to conclude that I was solidly invisible until I had accomplished something noteworthy...being funny enough to get girls to spew drinks out of their nose, setting the curve in classes, being distinguished honor grad in AIT, becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon.

Then I wondered if I cared a jot or tittle if I were invisible to women in general. I decided I didn't. If I was interested in a girl, I took steps to be seen, and that was that.

So I would like to welcome the author to equality, she has achieved parity with men.

Society is lying to young women about how much time they have

Too many women don't know who men are, what they like, what they're like, what they want, you name it.
To even interface with it seriously is something we don't do enough of in polite society.

TBH it's one of the reasons that The "rural Rachels" and Latinas get a nod, they don't look at maleness as a disease or a mystery. Women in that cluster (socially conservative, generally speaking) do a better job of understanding healthy/normal maleness vs toxicity, vs the Fem-slam citygirls.
