Have been in a bad spot for a while now. Family member offered me a work at home job i should be able to do (physical issues).
They offered me a room in their house while i train at the office. I was setting up the schedule to come down, we got that settled. Then 5 minutes later, i get a text asking to confirm if I ave been vaccinated. I thought about just relying yes, but just in case they ask for papers.... I decided to just tell the truth. Now i can't stay at their house if i don't get at least the first round vaccine, than they feel there is less risk. They already gad both doese and a booster. I just stated that due to my own health issues i am against it, and i would not take it under any circumstances. So, i will need to find a place to stay for training, it won't be at my cousin's house.... Yet he will see me in person, just 6 feet away... Fuck this crap man! No one will force me to take something i don't agree with, and this Jew will never "show his papers". |

I had my own issue at work last night.
I dont want to go into detail but people are insane. The way they the media brainwashes people is literal insanity. |

Your cousin is retarded. I guess they didn't get the memo that vaccinated people are just as likely to transmit the virus as those who are unvaccinated.

If he's vaccinated then WTF does he care what you do? Since I try to stay away from retarded libtards, at least COVID showed me who the fuck I need to avoid. |

Said family member is just plain scared and in a way they have every right to be scared because there is NO-say again-NO trustworthy source of information out there. NONE.
From where we are standing now, my friend's college roomate's ex-girlfriend is JUST as credible source as the CDC in my opinion. Hell, she's probably far more honest than CDC. After all she ain't makin' no money on it. Follow the money. |

So, when you go thru the training, why wouldn't they require you to get vaccinated as a condition of employment?

I have known him for almost 30 years ( he married my cousin), i know what i said, he doesn't BS, but he fell for this BS. So his house his rules, i will make do some way, just not his way. |

Quoted: Your cousin is a piece of shit View Quote Let’s jump to a judgment before we know the facts. OP’s cousin has had both shots and a booster shot. Who can get a booster shot? The only people currently eligible for a booster are those with a compromised immune system from something like a solid organ transplant. It sounds like his cousin might have a good reason to be careful. What do you think? |

If I were unemployed with underlying health issues, and a job opportunity, but with a vaccine requirement, presented itself, getting the vaccine sounds quite reasonable.

I say the same thing in opposition of getting the jab. I have peripheral nephropathy, type 1 diabetic for 30 years, and a few other fun things. So, i am not willing to take the jab for fear of side effects. |

Nothing is forced, it's a condition of your employment or rather, a condition of your accommodation agreement. You are free to decline, and it sounds like you did. |

For the life of me, I cannot understand vaccinated people who are scared shitless of the unvaccinated. If you have the shot, you are safe. Why do you give a fuck what other people do.
None of this is about facts or logic. It's about feelings, cult associations, and tribalism |

My son is a Physical Therapist and working at a hospital. He has wards full of covid patients, young to old, youngsters on venerators. Along with a new strain coming along after the Delta Varient. You are stupid not to get the shot. I am old and remember Polio and SmallPox. .
