Both are also older styles that I prefer as I don't really care for the look of the current designs. One of the jackets is the exact kind I had when I had my TL1000R. It was a great jacket that I regret getting rid of so I am stoked about this one. I took a chance on the size so hopefully they both fit. I will post pics when I receive them. |

| Spent the last 4 days in SE Ohio and W. VA riding with my club, 800 miles over three days for a total of 1600 on my Speed Triple 1200RS. The tires are almost down to the wear bars on the sides, it was a good way to die for these SuperCorsas! Wife also had a god time in one of the slower groups on her Street Triple RS. |

| As bad as I am on maintenance I never liked stretching oil changes. On bikes that hold so little oil it just made more sense to me to change it out. The main thing will be in how you are riding it. If you are agressive most of the time that's different than leisure cruises. |

I definitely feel I maybe heavy throttled on it a bit I mean it’s a 300 so you gotta crank it to get going down the road lol Does 1000 feel too far out? I was thinking about calling it around then I can see the oil in the sight glass. It starts to get darker around the 300-400 mile mark compared to new oil Think the Kawasaki oil kit with filter is like 40 bucks. Not very much monies since it’s 1.1 quart capacity. |

If the factory calls for 7500 anything below that is probably safe even though it still sounds nuts. How many miles you think you'll do in a year? For me lately I hit a year before I hit 3k unfortunately so I don't worry about it. 2500 would be a third of the factory recommended interval so that might be a good mark. With it only being a quart I just know it would bother me. I'm fine being out of touch with reality. Well that sucks, 2.0. The used leather Alpinestars jackets that I got off of ebay arrived and are way too small. Both size large (42 US, 52 EUR) but they must run really small. One is a relaxed fit style that I can zip up but it's uncomfortably snug, the other I can't zip up at all. I'm stuck with one but can return the other. I knew that I was taking a chance when I bought them. I was going by size charts and comparing to other size large jackets I already own that fit great or are even a bit roomy. A real pisser too because they are otherwise really nice leather jackets and styles that I wanted. If anyone is more on the medium side and is needing a leather motorcycle jacket then hit me up. |

Picked up my first scratch today at the motorcyle class We were all packed a little tight doing the course. The guy in front of me dropped his bike and it grabbed my rh shock guard leaving a little mark while we were waiting in line Maybe I've never payed attention but my speedo is hooked up to that component then goes down to the hub. Anyways it seems not to want to pick up low speeds and there's a slight delay it seems. Granted I've never paid attention to the speedometer at low speeds until this class Passed but not every one did. Had to reshoot one of the tests as they said I was going too slow. Only one other had to reshoot that one and he was on a dual sport so I think they had it out for us

Is the connection to your speedo an electrical wire, or a cable in a sheath? The latter can be lubricated. |
