-I didn't seat the mag after checking round count before re-holstering
-I did not ensure a full reload was in my mag holder, just in case -I did not ensure the second, hopefully unnecessary reload, was full -I somehow fucked up really bad on dot acquisition (part of this was the sun, but a lot me) Each of those mistakes cost time. Sometimes ridiculous amounts of time. |
