I'd wager the odds of a Doordash driver in the Austin area having a valid DL are about 50%. Certainly, the one that drove through the grass around the back of my office building, ignoring signs bollards and gates, and trying to drive straight to the person's office (on the 2nd floor) didn't have a DL. Or any ID. Or any English. The odds for Uber may be slightly higher, but not much. |
