.223 The gray part is plastic. I've never seen anything like this. What is it?

It's garbage that's what it is. We had a bunch of stuff just like this....was supposed to be high-speed low drag since it would be "so much lighter". Bullet unseats very easy...no way to keep water out of the powder....and it can't handle high pressures (likely to cause a failed extraction leading to a double feed) The headstamp should read "CRAP .223" |
