I have been having issues sending IM's to other members on the forum. The only one that I can confirm is XXXX (Do not want to give out tag). I spoke with him via phone conversation a few hours ago and he said that he did not receive the 2 IM;s that I sent him over the last week. He also sent me 2 over the last 5 days that I did not receive. I cannot say if I have been having issues with any other members since I do not have their cell numbers to confirm. I have been having this problem for a few weeks and need to get it resolved ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Are the IMs that were not received new IMs or were they sent as replies? I ask because the auto-complete feature of the IM system can easily result in an IM going to someone it is not intended for if the sender is not paying attention when entering the recipients name. Using the Save Copy In Sent Folder option on an IM allows you to double check that it was addressed properly and you can also see that the IM has been read. If an inbox is full the sender should receive a notice that the recipients box is full and the message has not been sent. |

My inbox is not full, only showing 7/25. Still having problems at this time. |
