My Internet, phone, and cable is all down. No outage in my area. They don't know what's wrong and they said the only available appointment to send a technician out is next Friday. I'm posting from my phone. WTF should i do?

go see if you have an amplifier inside your house that either lost its power or is dead, you can get another one at the store tomorrow or walmart tonight. you can also call and ask for customer retention and bluff them about dropping them, but don't do that unless you have another cable company. I have business class and they come out in less then 2 hours |

| We just moved into a new house. AT&T for landline, wireless and DSL. Called two weeks before moving and two phone calls with supervisors confirm it will take more than a month before we have a landline and Internet. Neighborhood is wired by AT&T, so only thirty feet of cable from the road to the house is the holdup. ATT cell phone coverage here sucks. Signal comes and goes. Got a MIL recovering from a stroke and we need service but this is the best they can do, even with her medical issues. I'm trying Magic Jack as soon as they hook up the landline and swapping cell service, too. Comcast is putting cable in now, and we'll probably have cable modem. I want to completely get rid of AT&T for this crap. 2013 and customers go longer than a month without service. |
