I have to use it at work and there using Windows 7 it is not that bad but Windows 10 on my kid's school computer is total junk!!  It is overly complicated, needs 3 or more logins for office and the user profile etc and is.  I have used Apple products for the past few years and even used Ubuntu on a machine for a long time as a cheap option for school.  They all worked like a champ.  Not this POS W10 on his machine.

It can't keep his login profile, constantly needs upkeep to keep the malware off it and needs constant virus protection babysitting.  I am done with MS forever.  They will never get a dime from my wallet again.  EVER!!!!

I'm self employed IT with roughly 200 clients.  Of that 200 clients I have about 10 that constantly battle viruses and spyware.

It ain't the computer, or the version of Windows, it's the person sitting in front of it that's the problem.

Lol, Windows 10 is the best version yet. It's awesome. What you're experiencing is commonly referred to as "user error" - not something you should be that upset about, as you're used to using Apple's horrible products and that free spirit we know as Linux.

Your machines are locked down tight, ghost imaged and all follow the your lead, they have no choice.  My son's computer is used for school, and home.  I don't have the time in my life to babysit it like I said.  Note, I use MS product exclusively at work and they are okay.  It is W10 that sucks.  I even use Office 2013 at work and deal with it just fine.  And...  on my Mac I use office 2011 with no issue there.  It is W10.

Win10 rocks just fine. It does take 90 seconds to opt-out of the program that gives Microsoft access to your bank account, wallet, and automatically installs cameras in your bedrooms and bathrooms.

Sounds like you're using some on-line version of office or the like.
