sears has there problems but have taken care of it's service men and womens families while they are deployed, not many companies will do that anymore

They have pissed me off before, but are still one of the few stores I trust.  I like them overall, if something doesn't go right, I usually end up either going back later or just going to a different sears.

I love SEARS..never a problem. Buy on line all the time. Their repair parts on line rocks. Exploded diagrams, prices, ect.
I like Wally World also.....

You must live nearby - all my UPS stuff goes through Horsham as well...that facility has lost more of my parcels than they have delivered without incident. Its extremely annoying.

Yea, I mainly by Craftsman hand tools for most of my Harry Homeowner needs.

KMart sells Craftsman now too, but not as big a selection as Sears.

Sears hand tools are awesome.

Anything Sears sells with a motor, stay away.

I like Sears, but only for the tools section

They do suck ass. But alas I still buy from them because allot of their products (tools, mowers, Kenmore appliances) have served me well for many many years.
After the split of Sears and Roebuck then the buyout from Kmart it was expected to go downhill.
But as long as the quality and prices stay the same I will deal with the tards there as well as "We don't give a shit if you shop here or not" attitude I always seem to get.

My local Sears Essentials store (ex Kmart) has a large tool section.

They've attempted to rip me off on at least two occasions, so I rate them a "strong avoid."

I do enjoy buying old craftsman tools at garage sales, then stopping by Sears for some brand new ones in exchange!

Gave up on them 25 years ago. Got a gift certificate from a cousin for there so I bought a cheap fishing bobber and expected to get cash back. Got a new cert instead. So for the next few weeks on the way home I would buy something cheap, go back the next day get a cash refund, buy something cheap etc...until I got all cash back. Must have cost them a fortune. I did tell the cashiers what I was doing and why and they could have cared less.
