I hate fedex and never use them if I have a choice. Today just re-affirmed that hate package came and I wasn't home. UPS in this case would have left it at my door or left a note to sign to have it left at my door fedex? they decided to give it to my neighbor. I never authorized that. I don't even know that neighbor, they moved in a week ago (granted fedex doesn't know when they moved in) so now I have to bother my neighbor to get my stuff. Assuming we're home at the same time |
Last thing i had delivered by them was a pistol returned from S&W for repairs. I eventually had to go to the Fedex office and pick it up. I believe they had originally tried to drop it off at the wrong address.

Try having them steal a several thousand dollar COD shipment. In the end, they hid behind some obscure law by the fed. goverment that limited their liability about this crap. Needless to say, we stopped using them period. DHL is expensive, but they have yet to give us shit that UPS and FedEx has. |

+seventy billion trazillion fafillion....okay so i made that up...anyways they would always deliver parts for my stang late and if i had an overnighter comin....it'd arrive two days later (fedex's problem...company handed over to fedex promptly).... just last november i ordered a customized bears fball jersey for my g/f w/ her last name on the back and her fav. number....the package was ripped completely open and so was the clear plastic w/in the heavy duty plastic....the jersey had black/dark streaks from dirt and other things on it (it was a white jersey).....oh i was so pissed....the driver heard it from me big time and i called the local fedex place....all i got was "well it's approaching holiday season and these things happen" WTF!?!?!?! AVOID FEDEX W/ ALL COSTS |
