| I was in on the brown translucent Lancer mags ordeal last year. Botach oversold their stock on those mags, took my payment and held onto it for over a month before I called and got my refund. Looking back, I'm no longer sure it was 100% Botach's fault since Lancer had recently quit making those mags and it was entirely possible Botach was unaware of that when they took some of the orders. *shrug* |

This has been my experience I used to be one of their biggest defenders, but my last two experiences have been shit. Both items which were confirmed in stock and I received tracking numbers in my email a few days after placing the order. After a week of no movement, it took 6 VMs and 4 emails to finally talk to someone to find out the first product magically went to backorder. The same shit with the second order--over a span of just shy of two weeks, it took a dozen calls and 4 emails to the supervisor listed on the site to finally get them to void the transaction. |
