Those short rudders are reminiscent of some of the artist renderings of the PAK-FA, but the rest of it? It's definitely of an Su-27 lineage with trapezoidal intakes and internal weapons bays. The Sukhoi fanboys are going to be disappointed if this is indeed the long fabled "PAK FA" in the flesh. Perhaps Chinese given the black radome. Haven't seen a new build Ruskie fighter with a black radome in a while, and I know the Chinese have been building their un-licensed Su-27 copies (Jian J-11) which I have seen pics of flying unpainted (test flights after manufacture) with black radomes. |

Short nose and what might be a folding line on the wing, seemingly large and long control surfaces makes me think this could be a design destined for carrier duty.
No canards though. It seemed like the US was the only country building new aircraft without canards. I guess not everyone is canard crazy. |

The dorsal surfaces scream sukhoi but the back end is very 31ish save the stinger. |
