My American history teacher liked to share a lot colorful history of historical figures. He told us some doozies about Ben Franklin. On a school trip to Philadelphia we were on a tour with a guide and walked by Ben Franklin’s house. A bunch of kids goaded my mom who was chaperoning to ask the guide if one of our teachers Franklin stories were true. So my mom asks if it was true that in the afternoon Franklin would stand butt ass naked on his porch drinking tea while all school girls walked by on their way home. Well to our surprise the guide side unfortunately that is something we’re not proud of, or speak about but yeah he was an exhibitionist. So there’s that.

More weirdness from the Brits. A faggot as i'm sure most of you know, is a term for a bundle of sticks tied together used to make a fire. How this became a pejorative for gay people is beyond me. I mean it does work as an insult in the original context for everybody, it's like saying they're dumb as a box of rocks.
