[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ignore List question

I have never used the ignore list.

If someone adds someone to it, will the ignored person's bold threads be visible in the forum listing?

In the list of threads? Or do you mean the posts within a thread will be displayed as gray?

It will be grayed out in the list of threads, and that user's posts will be minimized within a thread (you can see their name, indicating that they posted, but it's very discreet and easy to miss which is the idea).

Yep, see them all the time. Once in a while I'll click on one and see just a shit ton of 'click to read ignored users post" or whatever. They(my ignored users) seem to run together, it makes sense really.

Oh, I should add, they aren't just replies from the thread authors but clowns that run together here.

Their posts are noted in threads, too. You just don't see the post unless someone else quotes it, or you click on the "ignored poster posted here" bar.

So you can ignore them, or read the post, whichever you prefer.

the people I have on ignore, their threads are kind of light grey and I don't see their posts
