Any one here deal with Impact Arms?

I reciently purchased a Bushmaster Varminter Special. It was supposed to ship in 5-7 days.
At 8 day it had not shipped and they are not able to give me a firm ship date when i called and spoke to them on the phone. Plus they do not seem to be able to respond to my e-mails except with an automated reply saying it may take 2 or more days to respond to my request for information on my order.

Any one else had a problem with Impact Arms?  I am wondering if i should cancel my order and request a refund.

My brother bought a Para Ordnance P14 45 from them and they did very well on their part.

Never ordered anything from them I live about 20 minutes from Impact. Some guys there are A-HOLES especially the head guy. Once you learn who to talk to it's pretty good, as far as internet the prices and avaiability they hardly ever match the store. Before they got big they had the best prices anywhere.I get to shoot at thier range for free because of my employer and they do have alot of hard to find things, ammo is ok, lots of tactical stuff, but they don't do a good job of restocking, they are always out of everything.

If I were you, I would buy from Ranier instead or just build it yourself.  If you paid by credit card, you can cancel.  Your card insurance should help you recover all funds.

I hate dealing with Impact.  I've never had good service there.  If you order online from them be prepared for it not to be in stock.  I don't think they stock anything.

When I lived in Utah I spent a lot of money in Impact.  They had a great selection and great prices.

That being said, they were all FTF deals.

Impact doesn't seem to have a very good repuation with internet orders and/or customer service.

Good luck!

Is Impact Arms the same as Impact Guns of Ogden, Ut? If so, Ive had a couple good experiances with them once with a rifle and then again with a holster.
