| Question: US Customs allows up to one liter of alcohol to be imported for personal consumption without any duties. What if I want to bring more to the U.S.? How much is the duty? If it's reasonable, it's probably worth it, as I've got no less than about 10 people asking for different types of alcohol from Russia. |
Well, when I used to be involved with the Russian Federal Border Service-US Coast Guard exchnage program the Ruskies always had a shit load of "stuff" on their military plane that landed on a military base in Alaska and never went thru any kind of customs check.

Unfortunately I don't think I have such an aircraft at my disposal
