Can a mod make this post a sticky in an appropriate place?
Stewart Rhodes explains how the legislation currently under consideration is, in both truth and function, disarmament! It cannot be reasonably mistaken for anything else. http://oathkeepers.org/oath/2012/12/19/my-personal-pledge-of-resistance-against-any-attemp-to-disarm-us-by-means-of-an-assault-weapons-ban Like the NRA slogan says, “Stand and Fight!” Please start by signing the pledge hosted on the OathKeepers.org website (either with one’s own “John Hancock” or anonymously). It is there for everyone to sign (not just LE/Mil): http://oathkeepers.org/oath/pledge/?p=1 And please get the word out about the above webpage. Unfortunately, the page is difficult to find online and it is not widely or aggressively promoted. Thus, it has garnered only a pathetically small number of pledges, but you can imagine the impact it would have if it contained 1 million signatures or more for members of all three branches of the federal government to see and contemplate. The page should easily be capable of attracting and representing this number of people or more. Don’t just beg your rulers and masters for liberty via political processes, as their constituent. “Stand and Fight” and deliver a message to everyone that you intend to do so! |
| For those who might misunderstand the purpose of my post, this isn't an "Oathkeepers thread" and the link to the pledge isn't just for Oathkeepers or LE/Mil. folks. Oathkeepers.org is just hosting the pledge page, but it exists for all patriots and liberty-minded people to sign. |

lol.
And yet he complies with the Hughes amendment, GCA, and all the other laws, but *THIS ONE* is the one he won't obey. right. I'll believe it when I see it. And I fail to see how you can claim this isn't about the oathbreakers when the guy who wrote it is the leader of that organization. |

I must have missed something why do we hate the Oathkeepers now? Inevitably when we tell them we don't need to take an oath to keep our oath, they imply that when it goes down they will know where our wives and children sleep. Then when we let them know that if we would violate our oath taking another oath would be redundant and stupid as we would just violate that oath, they let us know that our kids go to school where they can get at them. Do some research on the last couple shit storms, if they haven't been completely trashed. |
