Why can't we search the body of threads? In the Archive section you can search both the title and body, so why not the standard forum? Sometimes a thread titled "I like Jumping Jacks" can turn into a detailed discussion on the ballistics of the 6.8SPC round. I'll read the whole thing and forget about it for few weeks. A few weeks down the road, I want to revisit the thread and search "6.8SPC ballistics" but it won't show up in the results since the title has no mention of 6.8SPC or ballistics. Every other forum I am a member of (FalFiles, Lightfighter, AVSForum, etc.) allow you to search both the title and body for your search criteria. It would eliminate alot of the same questions over and over again (and save bandwidth) IF you could search both fields. |
