My grandfather had a shotgun cane just like that umbrella.. I wish I knew what ever happened to it, its probably sitting around somewhere in a long forgotten storage locker collecting dust.   he had a pen that shot either a .22 or a .25 also, that too is gone never to be seen again

Only a couple of those guns are improvised, most are just purpose built and/or cool.
