Yeah the criss cross apple sauce kind.
I know they had a rough go, but why do we still have special rights, privileges, money, land, etc. for them? Not trolling and not being rude to them, but why? |

Because we killed their men, raped their women, enslaved their old and young, gave them smallpox blankets, and fucked them over time and again on a shitload of treaties, and fucked them out of their ancestral homelands, and declared war on the, for a long while. And later said "whoops, our bad", but that doesn't change the fact that we fucked them over in horrifying ways, and still don't actually abide by many of the treaties we've signed.

WE did all that ...... speak for yourself, but I missed that party, as a white man though I'm still forced to pick-up the tab

WE did all that ...... speak for yourself, but I missed that party, as a white man though I'm still forced to pick-up the tab we are all having to pick up that tab, being of the Shawnee tribe I pay fed/state/local & property taxes, when I worked for the tribe I also had to pay tribal tax, I don't qualify for free housing, food, schooling or tribal assistance because my salary is above 30k/year, hell I didn't qualify for it when I made less than 30k/year either, I do get to use the tribal health clinic, but they still charge it to my health insurance, so I don't go see the tribal health clinic's physician assistant, I go to a real doc in the outside world I want to go to. |

You need to move to Canada and become a chief ... It's where the tax free monies at. Many pull in 500K while their people go without. |
