| Do we have an Insanity thread? What is the opinion of it around here? Anyone doing it right now? |
|
I did it and lost 15 pound that had accumulated around my waist. If you're not in decent shape, start slow and work into it. Your calfs may hurt for about a week, and you may not be able to walk the first week. I hated it, but I couldn't stop.
Edit: About to start again, but may wait for the new 25 minute version |
| I am finishing up week 3 now. I really enjoy it. I am down 14 pounds since I started, but have been eating alot healthier as well for the past few months. Will try to update when i am in month 2. I hear it gets even more hardcore during the second month. I will wait until I get through to decide for sure, but I will probably try P90X next, or may do another round of this if I am still shedding weight pretty quickly. |

The "got p90x" thread pretty much encompasses all those types of workouts. Most of the guys there have done several different programs. I personally have done p90x, p90x+, Insanity, The Asylum, p90x2 and Tapout. I'm easily bored. Me, too. I've also done P90X and Asylum. Can't bring myself to do P90X2 because I don't know if I could deal with Tony Horton for three more months. I like Shaun T, though. His new T25 looks interesting. Might have to check that out.... |

Let me put it this way: month one's only job is to get your ready for month two. It's definitely a level up from month one.
