Just a little venting here,......
Why should I have to pay you clowns extra to ship my package and make sure it actually gets there? I am already paying you for the service, why does it take a little more to guarantee you actually do your damned job properly? I just confirmed shipment from Austrailia for a package worth $300. Shipping was $10, but $26 with insurance which I would be a fool not to buy given how far the package is coming and the dollar value. SIXTEEN FUCKING DOLLARS. That's more than five percent of the package value. Do these idiots really lose 1 package out of every 20 to justify the 5%??
