The more time you spend on a phone, the less effective you are.  Unless you are taking/making sales/orders, of course.

I cannot STAND being at a public place and every one there is yapping on their phone OVER NOTHING!

It is anti-social in that they do not interact with their surroundings and chose to communicate only with people they know and want to talk to.

It absolutely pisses me off when a person is yapping on the phone while driving.
