| I just attended the "Wicklander Zulawski Interview/Interrogation Course. Tomorrow the "Advanced" course begins. Pretty good stuff so far. |

I took an I&I class this spring, and I really enjoyed it. I learned quite a bit, but the best part was the night that we had our practical test.
We had a local detective come in, that was supposed to be a suspect in a crime we were investigating. I got her so twisted up, that she didn't realize that she had confessed! Honestly, the instructor didn't either until I made him rewind the tape. It was just a little offhand comment that I turned to hang her with. I can't wait to go to my next one! |

Never really had formal interrogator training. Have had things like what to watch out for when being interrogated but not the other way around, not too much other than how to counsel troops....................but I love the mind games, getting into the minds of others. To that, have a lot of psychology and to some extent, acting, courses on knowing what can work.
My best? Interrogating the Chaplin on the base, getting him to talk about the problems and people in his area in "idle conversation"........and the Senior Chief was staring at me afterwards. ________________________________________________ ("Wait, I am a family man myself.
