I bought my dad a gen 6 nano. I put a bunch of Beatles music on it and sent it to him. Now he is unable to get it to sync up with his computer at home. Apple tech support is almost non-existent as they want you to go through their little flow chart tech support thing with no real way to just send them an email.
Any one ever have this issue with giving an ipod after attaching it to your computer and then having it not want to work with the recipients computer?? A little help here please. Thank you. |
