I am really curious, is it safe to have high power microwave transmitters(52ghz i think?) and dishes pointed right at you at work all day?  Our lovely owner is programming and testing the amps/xmitters in the next room and has them pointed directly at where i am sitting just through a wall....and its been like this for weeks.......i was curious if that was safe?

What’s the output power?

As long as they are less than a few watts I'd say.  You should be fine as long as water you have in cups isn't heating up!

I would tell him he needs to point that in a direction that doesn't have a human being in it's immediate path.  The effects aren't really known, and that's the best reason not to point it at anyone!

I woudl say most likely not.

Depends on the wattage and design of the antenna.

I for one would not want to be in your position.

You'll be fine, as long as being sterile doesn't matter.
