Really...is it so wrong that when I am out in my "man cave" whatever else I may be doing, I like to open the gun safe and just leave it open while I am out there? Maybe in between other little things I get out one of the guns and just give it the once over, or re-arrange things in the safe a little? OK...so I even go out in the garage every so often and open up the ammo box and just gaze at my "stockpile" albeit a very small "stockpile" by ARF standards. But...really...that's all normal, isn't it? |

Quoted: Seems odd and a little obsessive, do you do the same thing with your Craftsman toolbox when out in the garage? |

Physical inventory. Did it w/crypto material at each shift change. Old habits are hard to break, even if you did want to break them. I see no problem with checking in on things regularly, but I wrote the number of rounds in my filled cans so I don't have to count them again. |

My wife got a new (to her) car yesterday. She has been finding excuses to drive around all day, I caught her sitting in it in the garage earlier. I think it is ok to appreciate things you like and earn. Was she making motor noises and pretending she was driving? Set up a fan and have her roll down the window to make it more realistic. |

..when I am out in my "man cave".. I use to have caves. One for home theater, the other as a computer room, now I have half the couch in the living room. I guess I can call the garage my cave, but I barely have enough room to get to the reloading table. I don't finger my guns every day, but I do look at them every day, then smile. |
