First I run 3 miles, when finished I run uphill sprints 3 or more times which is 30 yards. Once I get home, I shower, eat then have sex with my wife for 30 mins three times a day. Will this be good enough to get me back in shape if done three days a week?

Interesting to know cause I just fall asleep right after the workouts unless i did not work the night before. Still don't notice the testosterone increase though, but my wife is happy and energetic. |
