Very localized based on supply (south east coast is the only area directly effected) and propensity of the local population be both:

A. Easily panicked

And

B. Unprepared

The videos circulating that show what people deem as adequate gas containers are hilarious.

The Asian woman using a second target bag once the first one starts leaking and throwing it in the trunk is my favorite.

I don’t see where gas is needed in your plan?

The shop I am going to get it from is about an hour away. Gotta do business with my APC bro @UH_SALT_RIFLE

“Check this out.  During the great gas panic, my APC bro @AJ RAN and hour each way to buy himself a suppressor.  He’s a machine.”

It'd take a hell of a lot longer than a hour to run there

4mph standard means it should take you no more than 15 hours each way.
Make sure to carry enough food and water.
See you tomorrow.

The more accurate answer is probably that we've all grown in the years since this started, we're not the same people that we were when we first ventured into 24/365. There's been new marriages, kids, jobs, as well as hardships, losses of family, and deaths of members. We're all always changing, and trying to keep this the same for the sake of old times, but those old times are gone.

We can keep posting in this thread, because it is what we've always done, or we can do something new.
