Without that, I'd probably still be smoking I quit cold Turkey every time and hope for the best. Works 60% of the time, every time. Last time I tried cold turkey, I'd made it 6 days when someone cut me off on the highway I had to pull over and stop because I was shaking with rage. As soon as I calmed down, I drove straight to a store and bought a pack. Smoked for another 2 years after that Sounds about right. I don't remember what made me start again but I'm sure it wasn't much. That's why when I tried again I went with pharmaceutical assistance Which was some WEIRD shit. There were no emotions. None. Nada. Zilch. No anger. No happy. No horny. NOTHING Then there was the lack of sleep and weird dreams. Sounds like an antidepressant, from what I've heard. Never taken any myself but I've got a new friends that take them daily. Can't feel sad if you can't feel anything. Exactly what it is |
