I've never tried it myself but it's supposed to be popular in London. We have "larva bread " here in Wales....

I think ARFCOM is running out of topics to bash the English with.
For topics we have done... Bad teeth How much England has become a land of sissies Warm beer Bad teeth How fat English women have become Socialized medicine Amy Winehouse and other British celebrities Did I mention bad teeth? Does anyone have good ideas? If not, we can always resort to bashing California or France. |

I hate Brit bashing for its own sake.
I like Britain for the most part. Some great entertainment –– Mitchell and Webb, Wire in the Blood, House of Cards & To Play the King (I pretend that The Final Cut never happened), Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, etc. I respect the history, British Empire and all that, eh what? I simply feel sad that what is essentially my ancestral homeland has gone all pussified to the extent that you will close down a train station because a loose .22 round is found. "That's a dangerous weapon, that is". I wish I could help somehow ... perhaps when we get our own shit completely together we can invade and set things right. |
