If you're talking about the movie, it sucked. Punk kid bitches and complains the whole fucking time and then fails to take the shot when he had the opportunity. That douche colonel wasn't in the sniper's chain of command and really is lucky he wasn't just shot by the spotter when he barged in. Further, taking the shot is the only way to ensure the sniper's mission is accomplished and at the same time would not interfere with the colonel's mission in the least.
There are a few good moments but overall Jarhead was not one of my favorites. |

What do you do when you spend months and years training and machines do all the work and your job is to send one lonely little bullet down range? ...and I thought the movie sucked. |

He made Cpl before he got out. I'm unsure of whether or not he was a PIG or had his Hogs tooth and I've heard he was Jump Qualed. He novelized himself and his career to play to a certain segement. |

I wish someone would make a good movie about Desert Storm...maybe with the Battle of 73 Easting in it.
Also a good movie would be when the Marines rolled into Fallujah in OIF. The pursuit and capture of Saddam Hussein would also be worth watching. Lots of good material to choose from but someone needs to nut-up and do it...but I admit it would be kind of hard to do a movie like I mentioned these days with all of the liberal fucktards running things in Hollyweird. |
