As if you couldn't get into enough trouble with 4wd.  Go faster.

Well, time to sell the ZL1.

I love that!

I'm interested to see what it does. Glad they were able to get awd married to that motor. Makes for a very cool setup.

Same trans as the Ram 1500?

If so then it would be awesome. Obviously built up to handle 700HP.

Badass no doubt.

Those things will be close to, if not over, 100k once the dealers hit them with their "market adjustment".

If people manage to keep the SRT8s upright they'll probably be fine.

I had a brand new hemi Ram 4x4 as a rental last month, and the transmission was a stuttering POS, with less than 16k miles on it.

Some of the new SRT Jeeps are just under $80k. Really hoping with the Trackhawk released it will drop those down in price a little.

"16k miles" is still brand new?

And it's a rental, I'd expect it to be a pile of crap, even more so as a truck with 16,000 miles on it.  I had a Nissan Altima rental last week with 7,600 miles on it.  It was a steaming pile too.

In terms of rental vehicles, 16K is brand new. It's not uncommon for rental vehicles to rack up that kind of mileage within the first three months. Regardless, even if every customer who rented that steaming POS beat the hell out of it, I'd still expect the transmission to hold up better than that.
