Have been through a phone interview and an in person interview with the hiring manager and both have gone great. I was told the next step will be a phone interview with a regional guy from the company and a property manager for the site I will be at.

Any idea what this upcoming interview may entail or questions that would be likely to be asked? Thanks for any advice, just trying to be as prepared as I can.

Don't have any idea about your specific question but do have a thought.  Remember, most of communication is non-verbal....your facial expressions and body and hand gestures tell more about what you are saying than your words.  With a phone interview, you have none of that working in your favor.  So, just be VERY careful what you say and HOW YOU SAY IT!
