Post about the soldiers in your life, either a story or just names & dates: SGT Silver, L.D. serving 1991-current KY Army National Guard My wife has been in the Army for 15 years and I have been married to her for 11 of those years. She is a great woman and a great SGT. COL Silver, Richard dates of service uncertain Phillipines campaign COL Silver served as an Active Duty soldier for a number of years before WWII. He was in the campaign in the Phillipines, the one to retake the islands. I don't ever remember meeting my grandfather and I never thought much about his dates of service until I sat down to write this. |
