Regular Pale Ale made with fresh hops that I harvested on brew day. I love doing this every year.

Nice!

I seem to have massively under-hopped my American Pale Ale and/or something went wrong during the mash.  I hit within two points of my FG and OG (finished at 1.011) but the beer is still syrupy sweet and not really carbonated.  It's like the priming sugar isn't being fermented for bottle conditioning.  It's been sitting in bottles for 3 weeks at 68-70 degrees F.  Or it's out-of-balance between sweet and hoppy (of which there is practically none).

OTOH, the Hazy IPA I bottled seven days ago, already tastes like a store bought beer.  It has a way to go for carbonation, but it's much further along than the pale ale that has been conditioning for three weeks.
