Should have taken the FUG off of it first. It doesn't look to pretty under the paint. It's seen a lot of abuse. Almost most of the finish was worn off the metal. Not to mention the bottom cap fused on there when I painted it(Ya, I didn't remove it)... I think I had some batteries in there too

So that comp is pinned, right? Yes, and welded. Why does everyone ask me this? 1. It's not a common factory muzzle device and 2. We look out for our own. 3. Related to 2. it would be a SBR and would be a NFA weapon. It would be a terrible thing for someone to unknowingly assemble/sell a NFA weapon and go to jail over it. Just like it would be terrible to put a vertical foregrip on a rail equipped pistol not realizing that the BATF considers this a "other weapon" NFA weapon. The vertical pistolgrip on a pistol rail is not specifically mentioned in law but I've downloaded a copy of the policy letter and I wouldn't want to pay lawyer to argue in court. |
