I don't know why, because I definitely didn't need it, haha. Blatant case of NAS, but I've wanted once since they came out. There really wasn't anything that I was unhappy with on my D7000. But I played with a D600 in the store the other day, and ended up ordering a refurbished one from Adorama last night. After selling off my D7000, IR-converted D70s, and some DX glass I should only be a few hundred in the hole. I'm keeping my D40/18-70/55-200 as a lightweight/cheap DX kit for situations that don't warrant the size/weight of the D600 and FX glass.

I'm excited to play with it, it should be in tomorrow.

Came in yesterday. Shutter count is 1100. No dust issues. It is a low serial number, one of the first 1500 made. Looks like it is in perfect shape. I'm happy!

You've had it one whole day and no pics to show us? For shame.
