I have a 53 at the house to take on deployemnts, but my gym is only a mile a way and on the way to work, so if I need doubles there are plenty there. yeah...no gym close enough to me that is convienient unfortunately. I've decided my best course of action is to slowly build up a home gym. |

Kettlebells are excellent, but for most people's purposes, finding a used barell and rack would be the most useful and fundamental piece of home equipment. |

A rack and free weights is a planned purchase for me this later this year, but I want to have a variety of things to choose from when it comes to working out, if for no other reason so I don't get bored. at 47, Im not looking to start breaking any records, and I am also trying to be careful about what i do so i don't damage myself further (damaged shoulder last year being an idiot with heavy weight) but it is is somewhat better) |
