Not sure what part of Ky you are in, but if you are willing to make the drive north, I highly recommend Stahl vision near Dayton.
I had LASIK done with them last November. My wife didn't qualify for LASIK, but they were able to do PRK with her. Both of us are still doing great, and they are very professional. that said, for those considering it, your daytime vision will be much better but your night vision will deteriorate due to halos. Glad I did it but I hate that part.
