Does anyone have much experience, or insight, with integrated LED ceiling mount lights?

Would it be better to get a more traditional one with light-bulb sockets (not sure if that's the proper term ) and then to get LED light bulbs?

i figure it's easier to replace a bulb than a light fixture

I would agree with this, but then again if it's a quality LED fixture, it should last 20 years or more.

Those CREE bulbs are a bit bigger than standard bulbs and won't fit into several of the fixtures in my home.

I really want to put a CREE 100 watt in my bathroom but it's not even a close fit.

I believe some of the higher watt equivalent (over 60W?) are A21 size bulbs rather than the most common A19.

The AC to DC power supply in LED applications is the weak spot.
The capacitors (in particular) do NOT have that long a life rating.
