Day shift = always a few.
Increases with the lateness of the shift.
Midnights = damned near most if you include drug influence also.

Depends on the time. My night shifts I'd say 2 our of every 5 calls that are involving people with alcohol involved.

Day shift, 1 out of 10.

You gotta remember though, there are a lot of calls or field contacts that aren't a "call" per say. Traffic stops etc.

Most of my calls at night are fights or domestics.

I worked 3 wrecks last night from 9 till 4 this morning.  2 of the 3 were under the influence.  One for alcohol (.18 on drager) and the other for an assortment of pharmaceuticals, both store bought and homemade.

The majority. Most are intoxicated, so alcohol, drugs, etc.

lets just say if there was no alcohol or drugs our calls would drop about 80%

A lot of burglaries and bmvs happen because they need to feed their addiction, so that part of the 80%
