| I'm just about at my wits end. I have a HP laptop about three years old that will not connect to the internet. I have had DSL about 6 months and my desktop works fine but when I hook up the laptop, it shows that it is connectyed and it shows that it is sending packets but it isn't receiving packets. I took it back to where I bought it and they said it had alot of spyware on it, so they said they fixed it and it works fine for them but when I get home and hook it up...........NOTHING!!!! Does anyone know what my problem could be? |

Sounds like your winsock files are corrupt!! If you are running Xp run this utility then keep it handy you will probably have to use it a couple times untill you get the virus, trojan, spyware off your machine. read my other posts on the programs to use to get rid of the spyware... Mr Cruze |
